Join & Sign
Complete your membership form and sign your agreement. Your spot is confirmed once your first contribution is received.
›
2
Contribute Monthly
Send your fixed monthly amount by the agreed date each month - £250 minimum or ₦100,000 minimum, in multiples.

›
4
Receive Your Return
At the end of the 12-month cycle you receive your full contributions plus your compounded interest return. Founders also receive a profit-share top-up.
Important: This is not a rotating Ajo where members take turns collecting. Your money stays in the pool for the full cycle and works harder because of it. Minimum commitment is 12 months. If you need to exit early, please refer to the membership agreement terms.

📌 Important note - This is a collective investment group where a larger pool enables access to bigger and better deals, which generates higher returns. The rate increase is not a recruitment reward - it is a reflection of what the fund can realistically earn at scale. A bigger pool means larger property deals, better margins, and stronger returns for everyone.
⭐ Founder Advantage - The first 40 members earn the base 6.5% rate plus a share of deployment profits at year end, apportioned by how much you contribute and when you joined. This is projected to bring total founder returns to 10–11% as the community grows.
What If We Hit 80 Members in September 2026?
If the group reaches 80 members in September 2026 2026, everyone's rate upgrades to 7% from that month.

What this shows: A founding member earns from April 2026 at 6.5%, then automatically moves to 7% in September 2026 - 12 months in the pool plus the founder profit-share on top. A new member joining in September 2026 earns at 7% but only on 7 months of contributions and does not receive the founder profit-share.

❓ Common Questions
Tap a question to expand the answer
Can I increase my contribution amount?
Yes. You can increase your contribution at any point as long as it remains a multiple of £250 (sterling) or ₦100,000 (naira). So for sterling: £250, £500, £750 etc. For naira: ₦100k, ₦200k, ₦300k etc. If you have an unusually good month and want to put in more, that is fine - just let us know in advance so it is recorded correctly against your account.
What if I want to exit early - before 12 months?
The minimum commitment is 12 months. This is because the funds are deployed into property projects that have fixed timelines, and early withdrawals disrupt the pool. If you need to exit early in exceptional circumstances, please contact the administrator in writing. Your capital contributions will be returned within 60 days but you will forfeit any accrued interest for the period. Full terms are in your membership agreement.
How do I know my money is safe?
All contributions are held in a dedicated group account, separate from the administrator's personal funds. You will receive monthly statements showing your running balance. A zero-balance policy applies - meaning contributions must be deployed, not held idle. Quarterly updates will tell you exactly which projects your money is in. You also sign a formal membership agreement before any funds are accepted. We operate on trust, transparency, and documentation.
When exactly do I get paid?
At the end of the 12-month cycle - 1st April 2027 for sterling members, 15th April 2027 for naira members. Your full contributions plus all accrued compounded interest are returned in one payment. Founding members also receive their profit-share top-up at this point, calculated based on contribution amount and tenure. If you choose to roll into the next cycle, that can be arranged.
What is the difference between this and a normal Ajo?
In a traditional rotating Ajo, members take turns collecting the pooled contributions - so someone gets the whole pot in month one, someone else in month two, and so on. No one earns interest. In the Capital Circle, nobody collects during the cycle. Instead all contributions stay in the pool, get deployed into property deals, and everyone receives their money back with interest at the end of the year. It is a savings and investment model, not a rotation.
Is this regulated? Is my money protected by FSCS?
The Capital Circle is a private community savings and investment group, not a regulated financial institution. Your contributions are not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). This is stated clearly in your membership agreement and it is important you understand this before joining. We operate transparently with full documentation, but this is a community arrangement based on trust - not a bank product.
Can I join if I live outside the UK?
Yes. The Naira sub-community is specifically designed for members contributing in Nigerian currency. You can participate remotely - contributions are made by bank transfer, all communications are via WhatsApp and email, and meetings are held by video call. Your membership agreement and statements are sent digitally.
What happens if I miss a payment?
A 3-day grace period applies from your agreed payment date. If your contribution does not arrive within this window it is considered late and you will be notified. Two consecutive missed payments is treated as a breach of the membership agreement and may result in suspension or termination. In that case your capital is returned but accrued interest may be forfeited. If you know in advance that a month will be difficult, please communicate early - we would rather find a solution than lose a member.
Can I borrow from the pool in future?
This is part of the long-term vision. Once the pool is large enough, members will be able to apply to borrow funds for their own property or business projects, subject to a viability assessment by a community panel. This is not available in Cycle 1 but is planned for future cycles as the group grows. If you have a project in mind, that is a conversation worth having.
Could this lead to owning property together?
Yes - that is part of the long-term vision. As the pool grows, the community could collectively own properties and receive rental income shared among members. This would be a significant milestone and would be discussed and agreed collectively at the appropriate time. For now, in Cycle 1, funds are deployed into development projects rather than direct ownership.
